Company History
The practice was established in 1850 by Jesse Hall (1820-1906) and later became Hall & Henry. Landmark projects during this time include Waid Academy, Rusacks Marine Hotel, Ovenstone Hospital & The Scores Hotel. More recently, Mr Glen L. Pride (who joined the practice in 1953) wrote a number of works, including??The Kingdom of Fife An Illustrated Architectural Guide, 2000??and Dictionary of Scottish Building (also Scottish National Dictionary Association, Iseabail Macleod and Pauline Cairns), 1996.
In 2011 when Walker & Pride merged with Muir Associates to become Muir Walker & Pride Ltd.
