The BID has a five year remit (2016-2020) and proposes an innovative programme of delivery – meeting the requests and expectations of businesses who fed into the 2014-15 consultation process.
The proposed projects for the BID are based on feedback provided by local businesses and organisations. The BID Board will agree Key Performance Indicators in advance of the delivery of each activity. These will be used to assess the success of individual activities on a project by project basis.
