St Andrews attracts a wealth of visitors from all over the world – and their reasons for coming to the town are very varied: working or studying at the University, playing any on of the area’s stunning golf courses, visiting friends and family in the Kingdom of Fife, on a business conference … the list goes on! And on a Sunday, join the tradition of walking on the Old Course to walk in the footprints of legends of the game. We are blessed with iconic and historic properties including St Andrews Castle and the ruins of St Andrews Cathedral and St Rule’s Tower. The town has a stunning botanical garden as well as award-winning beaches … the most famous of which, West Sands, featured in the opening titles of the Oscar-winning Chariots of Fire. There are plenty of walks – and the town is on the Fife Coastal Path.
Q. Eeek! Its raining – what to do?
